Fees and
finances

Pearland ISD funds instruments, buses, and directors. The band fee and the boosters fund the show. Here is what that costs and what it pays for.

Sample figures for the preview. The booster treasurer will confirm the 2026 to 2027 schedule.

Ways to lower it

  1. Payment plans

Split the band and meal fees into monthly payments through Cut Time. Set it up before the first due date.

  2. Fundraising credits

Mulch, mattress sale, bingo, and poinsettia profits can be credited to your student's account. The boosters post the credit per item for each sale.

  3. Spirit nights and Kroger

These go to the general fund, not individual accounts, but they keep fees from rising. Link your Kroger card.

  4. Hardship

If money is the reason a student might not march, email Student Accounts. Conversations are private and nobody is turned away. studentaccounts@pearlandband.org

Where the money goes

Show design and drill, music arranging, marching and visual technicians, sectional coaches, contest entry fees, meals on the road, props, the equipment trailer, uniform cleaning, and the trips to San Antonio and New York. The Pearland Band Booster Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) and publishes its budget to members each spring.
